This is our most popular program where we service your home for general pests approximately every 90 days. A typical treatment involves removing most reachable/visible webs and wasp nest from the home. This also allows the technician to perform an initial inspection for any pest issues. An application of a long-lasting liquid residual, such as a repellent, around the home’s perimeter is then performed. Typical areas treated on a building include, but not limited to, foundation, around widows/doors, eves, and any potential entry points for pest. As the season and customer’s concerns change, so do our products. A granular bait for general pests is usually applied around the home as well.

Pests covered under this program are household ants, spiders, wasp, stink bugs, food storage pest and rodents (rodents include an extra fee per service). If rodent bait stations are required, a one-time fee may be applied to cover the cost of the bait stations. Interior service is offered as part of the service, but only for active issues and at the technician’s discretion.

Price Starts at $125 per service, with an initial start up fee on the first visit based at $100. Price depends on pests activity level.  Service is every 90 days, with two free service calls in-between, If you see a major uptick in pest activity.

If you would like rodent control added to this service, there will be a one-time start up fee, and price is determined by activity level. 

This program consists of visits ever 30-60 days. It is structured to help get the situation under control in a timely manor, with frequent visits. Our goal is to eventually get you transitioned onto a different program after we have resolved and maintained the ongoing pest issue.

Price can vary greatly depending on what the main issue is. We will come out and give a free quote to establish a price for this service. 

This is our 2nd most popular program and is primarily for people who rarely have interior pest issues, and whose main concern is spiders, stink bugs, and wasp.

This exterior perimeter treatment entails removal of most visible reachable webs and wasp nests from the home, and an application of a liquid residual around the home’s foundation, windows/door, eves, and any potential entry points for pests. These treatments are scheduled to start in March and end in October. Each treatment is scheduled to be approximately 45 days apart, with a total of 5 treatments per year. 

**This service does not include service calls and  if they are needed will cost an additional fee.

Price - typical sized homes (2000 sq ft)  start at $65 and service is every 45 days. Interior service is not part of the service and can incur a one-time fee for that visit only.

This program is for rodent issues only and is a 3 month service. It includes the initial visit for evaluation of property making sure there is no entry points that need attention & placement of bait traps. There will be 2 weekly follow-ups after initial visit, and 2 monthly visits after that. 

Price starts at $350 (covering all of the 3 months of service), but can change depending on the property and the situation of the issue.

Starts at $250 for 5 weekly visits. No poisonous bait is used and it is pet friendly. Price can vary depending on geographic location & size of lot.

We do offer single service treatments, but it is not recommended if pests are a regular occurrence on the property for overall satisfaction and financial reasons.
