How many employees do you have?

One other employee other than the owner. Sally the office manager.

Do you have binding contracts?

No we do not have contracts. We believe you should be here because you want to be here, and you are happy with the service.

Do you do bed bug treatments?

we do offer inspections,  however we only offer heat treatments at this time via 3rd party.

Can we change our service type?

Yes our services are very custom to your specific needs. With not having binding contracts, we can switch services with ease.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes we are both licensed and insured. Proof can be presented upon request.

Do you offer organic/green pest control service?

Sorry no we do not.

Do you offer lawn pest service?

Yes we offer flea control  and mole/gopher control for the lawn.

Are your products safe for pets?

Products are safe when dry. We ask that your pets are put away during time of application.

Our rodent bait can be harmful to pets. All rodenticides are secure in a solid bait station, tied down or weighed down. If a situation does occur and your pet does ingest rodent bait, Please take your pet to the vet and contact us at the office right away.  Inform the vet that the active ingredient is  Bromadiolone and the antidote is Vitamin K1.

What are the risk of secondary poising?

We specifically use only one type of rodent bait. Our preferred product has a minimal risk to non-targeted species, however we recommend not taking any chances. It would be best to take your pet to the vet for examination if they ate a dead rodent.
